Love Letter #16 "Conductor"

To NYC's Subway Riders,
This interpretation of the MTA's subway schedule is much easier on your ears than the 4, 5 & 6 platform at Union Square. Conductor by Alexander Chen turns the NY's subway system into an interactive string instrument. Using MTA's actual subway schedule, the piece begins in realtime by spawning trains which departed in the last minute, then continues accelerating through a 24 hour loop.
See you on the next train,
Sheekster

Love Letter #15 "International Dancer"

To Those Who Enjoy Awkwardly Funny Videos,
The International Man of Dance should tickle your fancy. The interactive component
of this video is that you get to control his dance moves, outfit and genre of music.
There are plenty of possibilities, like dancing the salsa to Russian folk music in Korean pop gear.
Love,
Skeekster

Dear Dinahmoe,
Along with having a killer name, you've also created a fun little music game. I also hear

Dear Hipsters,
This one's for you. Brooklyn Band, Chairlift and director Jordan Fish (MGMT & Das Racist) teamed up to create an interactive video that allows you to click on arrows to choose the direction the Charlift’s Caroline Polchek will take. Enjoy the adventure.

Love Letter #9 : "Mirror"

Dear Sour,
Who was the whiz kid behind your interactive video for "Mirror"? It's ingenious!
For those you have yet to dive into their inventive masterpiece, you must have Chrome or Safari (Firefox is not recommended). For the full experience, I recommend that you allow the site to access your Twitter, Facebook, as well as connecting your webcam. If you're willing to do this, the video will unfold into a highly personal experience.

Love,
Sheekster

Love Letter #8 : "Bell"

Dear Music Lovers,
If you plan to watch a music video this week, then choose this interactive music game for Androp, which was created by the Japanese agency, Party. The game play begins with you typing in a message that turns into an animal -- the length of the message generates different animals -- which you have to control and dodge obstacles. Every time you hit an obstacle, one letter from the message is lost.

Love,
Sheekster
